i just do not understand why everbody is selling this stock. i know this isn't the best stock around but is does not have much debt, it has a descent management, it has purchased a profitable security company that is making PROFIT, it is starting construction on another 174 lots and has funding for that. I think this company will be doing very WELL even though it did not sel the property but oh well we will get our divy soon enough. But i have many ,many shares of this one and have done my DD and talked with LEO and all wil be well soon. I believe in this one and am not selling one share because this is going to make us all money soon.
