Doesn't it cost money to file with the SEC? This company has filed quite a few 8-k's and other forms lately. For a fully reporting OTCBB, to have a market cap so low, I'm wondering if the company has spent as much in the last 6 months on filings as its current market cap is worth. Does anyone know how much it costs to file anything with the SEC? Does it cost anything at all? It's quite obvious I don't know what I'm talking about here, so feel free to correct me if you know better. TIA & GLTY
