NEWS RELEASE
SAN FRANCISCO NADA CONVENTION OPENS CRITIAL MASS OPPORTUNITIES
DA ENTERS INTO THE FIRST OF MANY DISTRIBTUTION AGREEMENTS
Addison, TX – (Business Wire) DealerAdvance™, Inc. (OTCBB-DLAV), announced today that the company, as a result of meetings at the NADA in San Francisco earlier this month, has begun negotiations with automotive product distributors that would allow the company to place its hand-held WebDA product in potentially thousands of new car dealers across the USA.

Steven Humphries, Dealer Advance™ CEO said, “We came away from an extremely successful NADA meeting in San Francisco, which has opened the doors for the Company to access thousands of dealerships.” Today we signed a distribution agreement with Hi Octane Solutions (HOS) of Toledo, Ohio, which allows HOS to represent the Company in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Arizona, New Mexico and Colorado. Humphries added, “This is the first of several agreements that are expected to be signed in the next 30-60 days.”

Humphries added, “Through the agreement with Hi Octane and other new relationships, DealerAdvance™ can quickly gain the critical mass needed to catapult WebDA™ into a dominant position in the CRM automotive marketplace.”

Hi Octane President & CEO Jeremy Gould commented, “We are very excited about offering the WebDA hand-held product to our dealer network. Our sales group is highly impressed with the new WebDA™ hand-held product we saw at the NADA show. We are now going to represent this CRM product exclusively”.

Gould added “we expect to add between 30 and 50 new dealers to the new WebDA™ product over the next 6 to 18 months.” According to DealerAdvance™ CFO Dave Wange, “This single distribution agreement could mean another $2.0mm in hardware and software sales over the next 18 months.”

WebDA™ is the newest iteration of DLAV’s hand-held “CRM” application. The new hand-held application allows sales people and dealers to access their sales operation (daily appointments set, deals pending, deals closed, demos, individual work plans, etc.) on or off the lot, which allows management to view hour-by-hour activities of the dealership virtually anywhere, anytime. According to Humphries, it is accountability at its best. Dealers that have utilized the original DealerAdvance™ system have shown a 90% increase in captured customer data and a 30% increase in appointment setting. The new hand-held application will have an even greater impact on sales. “It’s all about sales,” says Humphries, “theirs and ours.”
