i really want to get into this but want to choose the best broker. here is why i am nervous

i use scottrade and etrade to trade stocks and its great, easy to withdrawal, easy to fill out the 1099, etc. just wnat to make sure fxcm or any other broker i decide to go with is legit and a good choice.....
