Primary Cox regression covariates for IMPACT
I think this topic has been beaten to death. But could anyone refresh my memory what those covariates are? Mucho TIA!
Candidate covariates may come from the cox regression model included in the BLA, which included localization of idsease (bone and soft tissue versus both), ln(PSA), ln(LDH), number of lesions, weight etc.
Since the 9902b SPA went through a couple of amendments, the most recent one being in Nov 2005, when the trial was expanded to include symptomatic and all gleason scores, I guess pain symptom, as well as gleason score may also be potential candidates.
