this post is regarding Eric's feelings on the A/S and the upcoming announcement...I emailed Eric regarding the A/S as I wanted to have him clarify his feelings on it... He also came in with the strongest language I have read yet, that this will be a HUGE announcement coming soon..

I first want to congratulate winning colours on the fine job you are doing for shareholders. That being said, I believe one of the big concerns right now in investors who are not shareholders in WNBD is the amount of authorized shares. I personally dont see the reason for 5 billion shares with an O/S of around 750 million....since you are non reporting , and I certainly understand the issues involved there, it would alleviate alot of fears if that figure was brought down to at least 1/2 of 5 billion. If WNBD was to do this it would see a big increase, imo, in the pps. As you know people are quite leary of pink stocks, especially non reporting ones(which is the bulk of them). I think it would go a long way to either explain why there are 5 billion shares or to decrease that # . It just gives the impression of dilution....and if dilution is not a problem here then why give the impression it is.... thanks xxxx x. investor

Hello xxxx –

Thank you for sharing your creative idea. Reducing the authorized shares would be an uncommon approach and is worth considering. It is in my nature to be authentic in the things I do, therefore I have to wonder aloud however whether the intended effect would be subtly insincere because of the fact that authorized share counts can also be increased again. Thus if the intention of the exercise is to communicate that 2.5B is a cap, then it would be misleading for that reason.

To provide you with my own reasoning of why 5B is not out of line, it is because some of the world’s greatest companies actually do have this and more authorized and even outstanding. Remember that my perspective is not that we are a small company, but that we are a future big company. I am not trying to be cute in that distinction; there actually is a governing philosophy here that affects everything we do, oriented to this distinction.

Perhaps we could reserve a final decision on this matter for a bit later in the year, at which time it will become more clear what the net effect will be of the imminent national listing that was referred to earlier in a News Release recently. The stature of that account is such that it would also send a message to shareholders that the young “pinkie” in which they had the foresight to invest in the early days is growing up into a business whose trading partners are 1st class and with whom it is plausible to grow enormously.
