Hulkster when a "pinksheet" mining stock tells you that they've gotten the BEST Jv deal in the HISTORY of Jr. Mining, shouldn't you seriously question it?


Can you name another JV that involved $200 million "upfront" and a 15% "carried interest" on a property that only has about 15 completed holes on it?


BTW...if this deal is anywhere close to being locked up, then how come MDMN and CDCH have a combined cap. of only $20 million or so? After this long there must be SOMEBODY that knows the numbers are true and would be scarfing up this stock (along with friends and family). The trading doesn't indicate that to me.
