I've talked to the transfer agent by phone and email...she says that thier policy is to get permission from thier clients to give out the share structure...she cc'd me on the request to John:

Hello John,

I have received a request form Anthony (please see below) to provide him with some company’s information.

Could you please send me a conformation letter authorizing Island Stock Transfer to give away company’s records?
