Just got the Proxy... March 7th is the date..

Proposal No. 1: Reverse... 5:1
" " 2: Increase to 2,000,000,000 shares
" " 3: Revision of ..Articles of Incorp to legalize.


My buddy from the SEC today told me there is a file filling up back there with demand for investigation.... could be a long year for someone(s).

Never saw a Proxy like this one...looks like it came off the office copier... :) and of course there was no "Enclosed Proxy" to sign as mentioned..nor the "PRE ADDRESSED ENVELOPE".
