josey, this is a foreign company. The SEC can't do shit about scam companies in our OWN country!

But, write the SEC and see what kind of a response you get from them. It would be interesting to hear what they say, should they respond.

We are requesting the Transfer Agent to confirm:
The Issued shares remain at 300,471,362.
The initial stock issued on take over remains restricted.
That there has been 1 only person authorized to issue stock.
This letter will be published.
