George is a lawyer admitted to practice law in Arizona, Oregon, and Washington. He has had extensive experience in the areas of lawyer ethics, lawyer discipline and association management. He is a certified association executive (CAE) through the American Society of Association Executives and a professional registered parliamentarian (PRP) through the National Association of Parliamentarians. George represented the Oregon State Bar as one of its delegates in the American Bar Association House of Delegates from October 1994 to June 2000.
