onebgg ... aside from the pancakes I do not eat much bread and then low calorie. No different than the atkin''s diet.

today I had 2 Whole wheat pancakes, apple banana (spinach salad with mushrooms and chick peas, and half a catalope.

oh and 1.5 gallons of water plus a multi vitamin and B complex.

So I believe we are on the same page.
