I do not believe that enrollment of the last and 17th patient was ever in question, so I doubt this has much to do with a partnership announcement. However, once that patient passes the DVT test in a couple of weeks, then a partnership announcement becomes quite possible. I realize that ATryn has already met its primary endpoint with the previous patients irrespective of what happens with this particular patient but perhaps, with such a low enrollment, a would be parter may be waiting just to make sure nothing unexpected happens...
