JimsZ,
"And you don't think it's possible for the company to just "buy" the shares this guy has available?"
I do but you seem to think the company would buy them at .0001. I hope I didn't give you that impression. My suspicion is that they are trying for a better price for a private investor so they can get a better % gain on their money. The company isn't buying any shares back until after they pr it.

"but what did he pay for them?"
I don't know.

"(600,000,000) is the figure someone gave as the "amount of shares" this big holder supposedly has."
Yes alot of shares so the money saved would be significant imho.

"If the company was "really concerned" about shareholder value & actually had earnings, shouldn't be a problem getting this guy out of the way, they could just put 60k into buying the shares, then retire that 600 million shares."
I wish they would be more concerned with shareholder value but the SEC doesn't give a bleep so why should the company (imho)?

"At least they would be making an effort instead of diluting the O/S into oblivion."
At just less than 20 billion o/s I think they are already there.

"By the way, I also have some shares I will sell you at .0001 as well! Hope I get rid of 'em before this P.O.S does a R/S"
I might be interested in buying them for .00003 but I know the company would be a better bet for you to entertain your offer. Try them & good luck with your next investment.

regards longs, buddy
