Company to Move Forward with Plans to Regain Its Listing on the OTC Exchange
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M., Feb 25, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Today, Nexicon (PINK SHEETS:NXCN), a leading supplier of anti-piracy and network security solutions announces that a third-party investor has entered into a definitive agreement to purchase all of the rights, title, and interest to the company's outstanding notes due to YA Global Advisors, L.P., (f/k/a Cornell Capital Partners, L.P.).
