I am no longer with RGNO, not as a consultant or in any other capacity. I resigned and decided to move on as I just took a position with Banx and Green and have purchased LGN Entertainment from ISBL.
As I posted on my Blog at www.banxandgreen.com and also was posted on the ISBL Blog, I have an interest in CPN Worldwide Events from RGNO and in Vessel Worldwide Events from ISBL, but nothing has formally be discussed or confirmed.
As far as the State of the Company, that was my intention to release all the numbers, Revenue, Assets etc. But due to the circumstances and the fact that the shareholders weren't understanding the direction I wanted to take the company, I never knew the results from the Financial and Legal People. I left and have know clue what current management plans are?
I wanted to post this on the InvestorsHub site, but was removed from the site, for some reason, they wouldn't allow me back on.
I don't talk to current management of RGNO and don't know if management is on any cruise. As far as Mel Rich, I spoke with him this week and he has no contact with the Parent Management. He is doing his thing and I am living up to my commitment. Myself and Mel are working on the Al Martino Project together.
I hope this answers your questions and if you can post this on the board so that everyone understands that I left RGNO and wish everyone well. I am working and hope to take Banx and Green Group to the OTCBB in the coming months.
