however, if he had actually PR'd when he said he would, might constitute insider trading. since selling or buying would be based on a material event or news that no one else may have known.

so the term forward looking statement might be a better way of looking at it.

SH known for his sensible way of doing business, may have considered PRing just for the sake of doing so as in fluff...may not be a wise move in the long run. So by not doing so, keeps his reputation intact and unwaivered.

And yes, you can see the fast cash pumpers are silent and or have moved on.

I consider holding this at least 6 more months to see where it goes... but am not concerned with the day to day trading, accept if picking up cheaper shares.
