I just read that Barron's story and it really makes you wonder what all the negative analyst's were thinking. There is a rumor running around the Street about how Semi's are going to be the next leader and to watch for this bottom coming this year. Semis usually run in these 3 year cycles somewhat and 2006 was the high. So, that would lead you to think that we're in the setting up stage of another long term runup.

The timing of this story in Barron's is intriguing because I've seen these things in the past where Barron's --- the leader --- get's the ball rolling. I remember when they did this with CSCO in 1995. That story on MRVL seemed as if it were written about a new IPO company. And that leads me to think that this is an offensive by MRVL's marketing team to get things in gear again since they have all that other BS aside now. That picture of Sehat in his silk suit posing in front of the building tells you MRVL must have called Barron's for full access.



Time to start building a new position.
