I am still crackin' up at the last part of your post! Good stuff!

I think every question you asked, were the same ones going through all of our heads. All speculation aside it's easier to just go with what you know for sure and then deal with what you have half knowledge of and then save the rest of your thoughts for nonsense and wild speculation.

So let's together, try and post what we think we know for sure and start from there! Shall we?

1) We know they have a few ER Urgent Care Centers and a few Doctors Family Medicals..How many of each and where are they?

2)Which ones, if any are profitable and/or almost?

3)Where are the real assests of this company hiding? In what form (ie:equipment, etc)?

4)Is the company liquid at all?

5)How are the employees paid? Do they have a medical plan themselves, through ERUC?

These questions may seem dumb or irrelevant, and perhaps since I rattled them off so quickly, they are just dumb questions? Either way, I feel this can get us all to start digging for specifics and that way we can form a platform/ basis for our collective critisms. Just a thought.
