The 20 million was not put in place the day after the SecureViewNet PR because I had calledd Clayton several days later to ask how he was going to finance this: he said by raising the AS in the neighborhood of 75 million! 20 million would not cut it for a 5 for 1. I have done the math, I have talked to Clayton, I have told you guys. You have information, so use it, varify it yourself, of just wait until the PR comes and the stock will either go to the moon, go to zero, or trade flat. I'm leaning towards the 75 mill figure that Clayton gave me. We'll know soon enough.
