I got it!!! I now know why the PPS is not going up. IT'S NEALS FAULT.

Neal keeps on saying he will get a NEW DOG when this stock flys and his old dog is laying there with a rabbits foot, paws crossed wishing/praying that the PPS doesn't go up, because his owner is going to get rid of him/her if it does.

D*mn Neal quit telling your dog you are going to replace him/her.
