Amazing, it's tough to dilute when there is no stock to dilute. You guys talk about a filing? Sure, they have to file: they have to file a change to the Articles of Incorporation to the state in which they are registered, they have to amend it. They don't need your vote to do this, what vote do you have? I think the answer is none. And the filing does not have to be made public to you. There are ways to get a copy, but it appears no one here is that interested. If no one is willing to call as I did and have a discussion with him, then nobody here can really be to concerned. When the A/S is increased, if it has not been already, I am confident that a PR will be issued. Instead of all the hypotheticals, call, maybe he's there. If you are worried about the long distance charge, most cell phones have weekends free! And how much is a fluctuation in the stock versus a phone call? If any of you guys care, you would do something instead of just now realizing that I informed you of some information I found out, but chose to ignore it because others on the board suggested that I should be ignored. With all the truth and as more comes out, those who believed me to be a basher will find out more truth about I-Hubers and the use of PM's to other investors. I'm just waiting on my dividends.
