You could say thief,crook.The word in my mind is fraud.When a CEO gives insider info to a investor,shareholder before it is released and right before it is released it starts moving up and then they dump 10 to 15 million shares tells me JF and GGI have played this game on investors many times over the years.It now has fallen in half since the 1/8 call.The SEC is aware of everything, 1/8 conversation and if they do nothing then it goes public prime time.Now the SEC can sit on there butts but when they are put under the microscope for falling to invest fraud that they were made aware of. I bet the heat is turned up.The SEC is not the only agency that can take action.When one or more do harm to someone or many by fraud it is called conspiracy to committ fraud.
