In defence of GWB

Goin,
I think one can reasonably argue that GWB believed there were several reasons to invade Iraq, and that WMDs were simply the trigger.

In addition, his decision to redefine US strategy in Iraq may be described as stubborn by some people. Or actually, rather brave and principled by others.

There's no question he's invested heavily in his plan for a more democratic Middle East.
