[the third leg]

its a way of funding small companies. there guidelines are much lighter then traditional funding from big institutions. the downside is its always leveraged to benefit the lender. it can be beat, ive seen it but alot of the times the company doesnt get to where they wanted to go for many reasons such as a bad product and by then the dilution has killed the pps. i feel that dlav can and will beat this with webda and a focused leader. the next few prs will tell us alot and if the merger gets done, we will become profitable this year and bye bye nir.
