trust me this company screwed its shareholders in total secrecy. There were shareholders in this since $5 or more I think. They are going to tender offer but how many are going to say yes? lots of mad investors there including big boy holders also. They moved the current earnings date but for what? this company was way to secretive from long time ago including FDA reviews and other misleading secretive BS behind the doors.
