But it's neither here not there, this was a stock fraud situation.

Where did the mining assets go? Did they just disappear?
Where is our hip hop network?
Where is our record label deal?

How will the new company take care of prior debt?
How will the new management handle prior claims?

Will the new management hire legal counsel and comply with the Court's directives?

Where did the shares come from that caused this to fall to .005? There were more shares dumped that day than existed prior to the r/s?
