A reverse split effects all common shares, both free trading and restricted. Yes, when you do a reverse split restricted shares are split the same way as free trading shares.

Now a little light bulb should be going off over your head. You should be saying to yourself, "Self, if Adele Reuger just paid $500,000 for 83 million restricted shares.....why would she do a big reverse split and reduce the value of her 500 grand worth of stock into something less valuable?"

Hopefully, the answer you get is she wouldn't do that. She obviously has a plan to turn her 500k into much more. Since she owns the same thing we own, shares of FFBU....in theory what's good for her should be good for us as well.
