Magnum Receives Tender Offer for Takeover
Magnum D’Or Resources, Inc. (OTCBB:MDOR) (Magnum) today received an unsolicited tender offer from a private party for all of its outstanding stock. The company has called for an emergency board meeting to evaluate the offer.

Mr. Glusic, President of Magnum stated, “This does not surprise me, given the market’s undervaluation of our company at this time. We will consider this offer and act in the best interest of our shareholders in this regard. We will be releasing further information to our shareholders as soon as it becomes available.”

The interest in our proprietary information to date since being released less than 2 months ago has been staggering. We were recently interviewed and had a detailed write-up done by CEO/CFO Interview and News and it will be posted here in the next day or so http://www.ceocfointerviews.com/interviews/CoverArchives.htm.

Magnum was also recently covered on Canadian TV and by Editor Brigitte Marcoux. To view please click here http://www.radio-canada.ca/regions/estrie/tele/estriecesoir.shtml. If you click on the link that says, "Jeudi 21 fevrier" a video will pop up on your computer just click the link to the left to make it play.

Magnum is rapidly expanding to become a Global Leader in the Recycling industry, by providing: Turnkey Recycling Plants, Operational Assistance, Consulting Resources, Waste Management Solutions, and Heavy Recycling Equipment Supplies for producing high quality raw materials. The primary business of the Company is to provide sources of high quality Elastomeric Alloys (EAs) to various manufacturers. This will be accomplished through the utilization of technologically advanced processes and techniques of recyclables to replace limited virgin resources.

Magnum, with its new technology and through licensing rights, owns a number of patents for the re-composition of rubber, the production of EPDM powders, and EPDM compounds that could potentially revolutionize the rubber recycling industry in North America and China. The Company will use its licensed patented cryogenic process to freeze scrap tires, remove fibers and metal wire, and produce crumb rubber sorted into different mesh sizes to be recycled into various rubber products.
