These "allegations" by the OSC have to be compared to "charges" in a Court System, in that in either case, one lists everything & anything possibly done wrong by the defendant, because we all know that not everything gets proven!

I just wanted to point that out to the people who may not realize this, & automatically get panicked by "large-lists".
