I vote for a SHAREHOLDERS MEETING AND NOT A CALL !!! If we have 14 Million and they OS is 16, we should be able to get them all removed and someone else put into their place - stop the BS deals between blank company's owned by the insiders such as CEO and Director's and such !!

Still NO BIG BANG!! Well thats to say the Shareholders have not had one but everyone else sure has !!
