Whirl; I have heard the Best Jet story enough times and coupled with the hard copy documentation of ownership, believe everything you said about PBLS disaster purchase of BJ. Many people would like to know, where did the money go?
If I may speculate, because that's all I can do with the company remaining silent on the subject:
For one, the original owner had to walk away with a large windfall. He should have pocked PBLS downpayment along with all the financing money RR Turbine layed out for the purchase. He should have gotten his money. It could be that PA and the gang, drained their bank account just to get through the closings of BJ and all the other recent purchases. When the pit stopped producing a revenue stream, and they were courting the Komex people and businesses, there was probably not enough money to pay the bills (though maybe they thought they had a winning lottery ticket in their pocket by way of the Komex deal, and everything would get paid for when that came through). The income stream from Best Jets, which probably wasn't a whole lot, for the short period of time they owned it, was probably used to keep the wheels on their other businesses and associated legal fees. If you look at it that way, with these special glasses that I wear, there probably wasn't a large amount of money that went unaccounted for. They've forfeited their entire investment in Best Jets, which was more than likely a hugh hit to company coffers.

Though we certainly do have a very large number of common shares that have gone unaccounted for.
