No its simple JOCK hiding the Public share structure is illegal and is the direct cause and effect of the price demise you are experiencing here.

It is very simple shorts, disclosing that information is a manipulator Lottery. Manipulators have the ball park figures by knowing the OS and the float gives them the figure of how hard they will be able to short/naked short the stock. Its like giving a stranger the password to your online banking. IMPO
