Dilution is correct. Companies who need working capital (from sale of shares) are put into a death spiral. If left alone, an un manipulated share price would absorb any sale of shares by a company never affecting the PPS. If manipulated, the broker/MM/hedgefund forced the share price down where just a small amount of dilution affects the PPS in addition the the direct affect they have shorting as a calculated group effort. Companies don't have a chance if they can not financially hold their own from inception.
