You had to explain to her what a share buyback was? rofl! oh god...I would think if she came from a company like ernst and young she would know this? oh well...

It is rare that otcbb stocks do buybacks, but it has happened. But I doubt it would happen in this case. Makes no sense to be engaged in equity financing and a share buyback at the same time.
