I must be the only stupid person
here.

So I buy a shell with 100 million shares for 500,000 or .005 per share.

Before all the mumble jumble with R/S & A/S, if the PPS is .04, thats 4 million dollars for the 500,000 invested.

In fact I would only have to sell 12.5 million shares @ .04 to get back my investment.

Guess I am just stupid, as I do not understand these shells like I should in respect to how some people plan to make big money with a fill company.

Make it before a company fills the shell ,"I say."
