Very good point thanks
I knew that mr dunhem and his wife had many shares.recently i found out they have 274m(in the sec filings thanks bigd)
didnt cross my mind that Mr dunhem interests wouldnt be best served by financing deal completely by issuing more shares.
Looks like his interests are completely aligned with shareholders. If he sells shares does he have to file first?
who could these potential investors be?????
"With new liquidity in the company being built up, we have started to discuss with several potential investors for new infusion of capital for both operation and acquisitions."

If my salary for the last 3years was in shares, that is the last thing I would do.
“Of course” is a very definitive statement, what are your sources to verify this?
