Yes I am referring to that 'big'... Sorry I read back to my post on/of yours... that per your post it would be the assumption of final closing... It should just be the SEC filing of the PR, (first closing/paperwork), from today, eh?...

I read into your post too fast and wrongly... I apologize... It should be just formalities on the filing, eh?
