In the PR dated 1/29/08 the Company stated this.. The Board of Directors has approved the reduction of authorized shares of the company and to rename the company to PRADERA ENERGY CORP.

Well all I can say they better live up to what they Pr'd... They only mentioned Authorized not issued... Shares are coming from somewhere and I hope the company is not throwing shares in the market if they are their reputation will be shot with investors...
