The let those who want to waste tax money go for it. What's going to happen? They investigate and find that iFinix has a marketable flawed product, they want to uplist so they did the R/S and wiped out the majority of our investment. They still need to raise money so they continue to dilute to keep the biz going (I don't know if they're doing this yet).

If they are doing something illegal, they get fined or go to jail and we lose our chance to make anything back. At least we know how they play the game and can wait for the next opportunity. That's my opinion. The SEC won't find anything. These guys are small potatoes.

IMO there have been many other pinks that have no product and their pps moves on air.
