Maybe. Let's assume that it was all one big fraud. The issue is that the claim is so far removed from TSNIGRI that they may not take it seriously. You have a small Canadian metals company that they never heard of, that is listed on the pinksheets in the USA and incorporated in Delaware making a claim on it's website that TSNIGRI (a quasi-Russian goverment agency) performed a NI43-101, which is a Canadian instrument,which states that the pyrite ash dump in Russia, whose ownership is unclear, is worth millions in iron and other precious metals.

They probably wouldn't give it any credibilty and they wouldn't know where to start with a rebuttle if they thought it was neccessary.
