This is probably the single most comprehensive statement of Laidlaw's plans in Berlin, NH. I've discovered some interesting and important information here.

Maybe I missed it before, but the following, for example, was very welcome information to me:

"The key elements of the upgrades required to be made to the facility are (1) the installation of the bubbling fluidized bed in the existing B&W boiler, (2) the installation of the back-end emissions equipment for RPS compliance, (3) the construction of a turbine building and installation of the steam turbine generator, and (4) the construction of the fuel yard and installation of wood handling equipment (some of which already exists at the facility)."
