Mvive Cancels Significant Share Block Increasing Shareholder Value
Las Vegas, Nevada - (MARKET WIRE) - November 12, 2007, Mvive, Inc. (Pink Sheets: MVIV), is pleased to announce the cancellation of 21.8 million shares of the company's common stock. This block of common stock was held by Mvive's previous President, Mr. Bradley Hall, and associates and the cancellation was part of his agreement with the Company when he stepped down as both President and Director in early June, 2007. Mvive, Inc. now has approximately 35 million shares outstanding on a fully diluted basis.
