if I go to Microcap's Level 2, I see the same info you have given, but the times of their posting are shown beside the bid/ask - they are all just before the end of the trading day.

I am using the Bloomfield feed which comes from Quotestream....it doesn't have times besides the bid and ask...I suspect it may be more current.
