PHGI I wouldn't get into it right now..looks like there is some dilution, downtrending with more selling that buying, rsi way off the 50 mark and decreasing..I don't think the bottom has been hit yet. Check out the ihub board..lots of info there detrimental to the buying..I wouldnt't touch it.
