jackface2 -- The case is marked on the court web system as "Withdrawn"... No decision made for the Town or for the Company... I imagine Laidlaw is focusing legal efforts on the federal court $10 million in damages lawsuit for violation of civil rights by the Town of Ellicottville... (IMO)
