Ex, I threw in several examples. Do you have a pov on any of them other than bureaucratic delay? Sure, they say manpower, but it's almost certainly not allocated evenly across workload so I can't believe all of these decisions had to be dragged to the last date or delayed by a precious month.

The science advisory board report the other month was scathing. No wonder. Our feckless pols should get off their backsides and ram some resources and talent into that agency. Yes, it may well be that BP prefers it to stay broken, and they can buy most of what they want from the pols.
