Im not sure it should be the companies responsibility to prevent flipping, nor would I expect the company to comment on the exact area of support. All I've asked is for them to merely explain their statement. As someone mentioned, I hope the support pegs are not established by insiders artificially supporting the price up with buy orders at .02, with money out of their personal pockets?!?...
