Spoke to Rick for 5-6 minutes as he was driving . Got some very valuable info for the investors. I will update the website with this info soon.

A/S-4 billion
O/S- 300 million
Float-30 million ( remaining outstanding is Restricted )

First year revenue expected at about 10-12 million .

CEO assured that this is not a pump and dump stock, but a long term company trying to grow rapidly.They will not be selling or diluting the shares.
