It may bounce short term, but I look for TASR to fully drive STIY into the ground and sometime in the near future STIY won't be able to bounce. Keep in mind TASR has the funding to push this fight as far as they need to in order to get the job done. I don't believe STIY can say the same thing. STIY would have been better off to have not brought this fight to the table IMO.
When it comes to the Dept of Justice (DOJ) and The National Institute of Justice (NIJ), their word is golden when it comes to law enforcement. They are kind of like God in that aspect. The only law enforcement agencies that will even look at Stinger after this will be those that are similar to Mayberry.
IMO this will also open up a huge door for filing of lawsuits against STIY for any injuries caused by faulty equipment as described in the report.
The lawsuit filed by the SEC against STIY a month or so ago isn't going to do STIY any favors either.
Should get interesting!
